Data is only collected when you make an enquiry through our contact form on our contact page.This will include name, email address and contact telephone numbers. When purchasing any products, this will be done through our PayPal account and all your payment details will be erased after each purchase transaction. We do not hold onto your data/information on our website, instead we will hold only your name, email address and phone numbers via a physical rollerdex which is secured under lock and key at my home office. We have chosen this method of storing data over cloud storges as we feel this is safer for our customers as no online data storage facility is totally secure from hackers. If you wish for us to erase all your data then please email us and it will be deleted within 1 working day.
Do we share any of your personal data with any third party?
No, we do not, under any circumstances share customer data/information with any third party.
How do we protect your information/data.
Our website is scanned regularly for any annomilies, cyber attacks etc, in order to make our website safe for our customers to use. We are alerted immediately if there has been any attempt to illegally access our website. As said previously, we do not hold your data on our website at any time.
All our transactions are processed by a gateway provider off site and at no time are any of our customers details stored on our website.
